Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
Fant-Asia Travel is a licensed tour operator based in Thailand, operating under the regulations of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). By booking any service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be requested via email, contact form, or direct communication. A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Fant-Asia Travel and receipt of the required deposit.

3. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or upon arrival, as agreed. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and services already booked. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charge.

5. Changes by the Client
Any request for changes to the itinerary must be made in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and possible additional costs.

6. Changes by the Company
Fant-Asia Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to operational needs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, always ensuring a comparable level of service.

7. Liability
Fant-Asia Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides). We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our services. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

9. Passport, Visa and Health Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas, and meet health requirements for entry into Thailand or other destinations.

10. Force Majeure
Fant-Asia Travel shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Fant-Asia Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
